Yuzuki listens to a popular late-night radio show. Most of the letters read on the show are from a frequent sender called "Chi-chan." Chi-chan, whose real name is Chiriko, has fallen in love with the DJ host Joutarou and his sweet-talk. She becomes friends with Kaname, another well-known mail sender on the show.
